If youre not 100% satisfied with your Buy Slings Direct purchase, return it for any reason. You can return any product to us for a full refund. We can only accept it for return within 7 days of the date of receipt. Product must be returned unused.
Refund Policy: To expedite the return process and ensure you receive the proper credit, please return the products in the original UPS box. Ship by UPS ground to Buy Slings Direct.
We'll credit your account with the credit card on file once the products are received. We will notify you by the e-mail you provided on the original sales order.
Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. Product must be returned unused.

Shipping to the US
Buy Slings Direct offers FREE shipping on all ground UPS orders. For any other shipping method other than UPS ground there will be an additional cost. We offer several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.

Because slings come in various sizes and materials, we cannot give a complete chart on all orders, shipping will be automatically calculated, but may vary on different orders. Prices above are only a guideline for a single standard sling.
Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Buy Slings Direct does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or material delays may all delay delivery of your order.
**1-Day Shipping orders received by noon CST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon CST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 50 items will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.
